  • Registration fees include full 2-days conference access to the lectures and exhibitions.
  • Registration is strictly open for healthcare professionals only.
How to register?

Step 1 - Register according to your registration and membership category.

Choose the right category as the price of the ticket vary according to membership category.

Step 2 - Fill in your personal details online.

Please ensure that you email address and mobile number are correct as we will be sending your registration confirmation and conference reminders to your registered email.

Step 3 - Make payment via Stripe.

We will send an email to acknowledge your registration for the conference. The Secretariat will approve your registration within 3 working days upon confirmation of your registration. A registration confirmation email will then be sent to your registered email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The 11th COSC UM-APOTS 2022 conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations:

Cancellation ON or BEFORE 15th July 2022: 50% Refund

Cancellation AFTER 15th July 2022: No Refund

Reimbursement Policy

In circumstances where the delegate requests for reimbursement of registration fees or their own delegate expenses, 11th COSC UM-APOTS 2022 reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the reimbursement claimed.

Exchange Policy

If you have successfully registered for the conference and wish to transfer the registration to others, please send an email request to the 11th COSC UM-APOTS 2022 Secretariat at secretariat@cosc-apots2022.com.

APOTS Membership

For membership subscription, please use the link: https://www.apots.org/membership/become-a-member/.

The registration fees for 11th COSC UM-APOTS 2022 under the APOTS Members category is only applicable if your APOTS membership is valid. If your membership is not valid or yet to be approved, your conference registration will automatically be processed as a Non-APOTS Member.

Certificate of Attendance

An e-certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates and can be downloaded from the delegate's registration profile once the conference ends.
